The hotel had a beautiful and historical atmosphere, with luxurious facilities and a convenient location near the Bell and Drum towers. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality Eastern and Western options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent service from the moment I checked in.

The staff offers impeccable service, with attention to detail and expedient handling of requests. The breakfast in the restaurant is excellent, and happy hour in the lobby adds to the overall enjoyable experience.

The hotel's communication via their website needs improvement and the strong chlorine smell from the pool wafts into the lobby area.

The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of natural light. The bedding was comfortable and I could choose from a variety of pillows. The hotel was located near several shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area on foot. I also enjoyed using the gym facilities, which were modern and well-maintained.

Upon arrival, I had to wait for a long time to check in, and the staff did not seem interested in providing me with any information about the hotel or the area. During my stay, I had a couple of issues that needed attention, but the staff was slow to respond and seemed indifferent to my concerns.

Our stay at Sofitel Legend was absolutely stunning. The hotel's aesthetic and location were perfect for our trip to Xi'an. The rooms were clean and classy, providing a comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. The concierge service, especially from Danny Shao, was excellent. He was prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We were truly grateful for his attentiveness. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Walled city, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful lightings in the area at night. we had an exceptional experience at this small intimate hotel.

celebrating my birthday in xi'an was a treat, and staying at sofitel legend made it even better. the grand and historical hotel had a luxurious atmosphere, beautiful rooms, and fantastic food. the exceptional service from the concierge team really made our stay memorable.

The hotel is situated in a lovely and secure area next to the historical city walls. It is located in the conference centre next door. The staff is welcoming, and the concierge service is kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with an elegant bathroom and fantastic breakfast options. There is a serene atmosphere on the premises, with a cozy sofa, chair or desk setup, and plenty of amenities, including tasty cookies.

The concierge service was not always savoir-faire, and there were some concerns regarding the exterior lighting at the hotel entrance.
